March 21 – Fundraising Dance.
Muskoka Nights Cruise-In presents a wonderful night of music and dancing at the Huntsville Legion starting at 7 pm. Door prizes, Licensed, 50/50 draws and much more.

May 30 – Dinner, Silent Auction and Spring Flower Sale
This annual event is a popular fundraiser for Aspen Valley. Doors open at 5:30pm at the Port Carling Community Centre at 3 Bailey Street. Dinner is catered by Vintage Blue, which offers a wonderful home cooked delight for everyone. Our silent auction provides a wide choice of donated art, sculpture, woodworking, jewelry, certificates for golf, dinners or resort stays, tools and much more. Donated by Sants Greenhouses our spring flowers are full of fantastic colours and arrangements to fit any house or cottage. Tickets are available only in advance, not at the door so call Jai at 705-732-6368 to make sure you join this anticipated fundraiser.

 

July 18 – Live Auction

Auctions are exhilarating, exciting and it is war. All our wonderful items are donated by local businesses, artists and crafters, tourist destinations, and talented people wanting to share their talent for a good cause. With live auctioneers this fundraiser offers a thrilling way to spend an afternoon. Join us at 10 am for viewing of items, 11 am for bidding at the Port Carling Community Centre at 3 Bailey Street. No need to pre-book just stop by and join the fun.

 

September 12 – 5 km Nature Trail Walk-A-Thon

Collect pledges from Family and Friends and join our beautiful hike though the property of Aspen Valley. Wonderful scenery of Hemlock Forests, Glacier Deposits and Beaver ponds then meet the wolves of Aspen Valley to finish the walk. A campfire with a hot dog lunch is available to sit and talk with staff and volunteers. Meet at Aspen Valley at 10 am and we look forward to showing you our nature.

 

September 19 – Fundraising Golf Tournament by Canada Post

The Nick Faldo Course, THE ROCK, is the location of our fundraising golf scramble. 18 holes of challenging fairways, 2 carts, dinner and prizes. Please contact Marcia and Jerry Reevie at 705-746-9044
